Reverend Gaines has served in several different churches in the U.S. and overseas. He received the call from God and was licensed to preach in 1990 at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Subsequently he was ordained at Fort Belvoir, VA. Afterward Rev Gaines retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service as in Intelligence Analyst in and subsequently retired from the Federal Government as a Senior Advisor. He is currently employed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BG Consulting Services, LLC located in Sarasota, Florida (owned and operated by his wife).
Jeffery’s education achievements include a Master’s Degree in Practical Theology from Regent University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University. Jeffery has earned numerous awards to include the Human Capital Intelligence Professional Team Award, Army Superior Unit Award, Civilian Meritorious Service Medal, five Army Achievement Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, four Army Good Conduct Medals, National Defense Service Medal, Superior Civilian Service Award and two Meritorious Service Medals.
